Packaging
How to choose packaging for liquid fertilizer
Bottle, jerrycan or bag in box: each format fits a different volume, use and distribution method.
Answer three questions first
How much product per unit, who uses it (a professional or a home user) and how it will be dosed.
Bottles for small and medium volumes
HDPE bottles from 50 ml to 1 litre are the most common for concentrates and trials. Screw cap and colour ring make the product easy to identify.
Jerrycans for larger volumes
From 5 litres, a jerrycan with handle is easier to carry and use in the field. We make them from 5 to 25 litres.
Bag in box for professional distribution
For 3, 5 or 10 litres, a bag in box with tap reduces spills and storage space.
What to confirm with your supplier
Material compatibility with your product, certification if the liquid is hazardous, and the labelling required in each sales country.
