What is the minimum order?
We work with medium and high volumes. It depends on the product and is in the technical sheet: from 1,000 units for electronic devices, trays and sets; from 3,000 for small pots, scissors and jugs; from 5,000 for pH strips; and from 10,000 for tags and consumables. It applies per size or model.
How is it customised with my brand?
Pots with a textile label or print; tools and meters with a 1-colour or laser-engraved logo; pH strips with your own jar and label; plant tags with a logo or text. We confirm a mock-up before production.
Can I mix sizes or models in one order?
Yes. The minimum applies per size or model, and you can combine several in the same order and shipment.
Can you request certificates for my market?
Yes. We ask the supplier for the documents your market requires (for example CE or RoHS for electronic devices); mention it when you request a quote.
How is the order shipped?
We produce at origin and ship EXW or FOB; if you prefer, we also manage transport and customs up to your warehouse (see our import services).
