Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
From 300 units per model and colour. With custom fabric or colour (Pantone), from 500 units; laser perforation, from 500. The exact minimum for each cap is in the technical sheet.
Can I see a sample before production?
Yes. We prepare a mock-up with your logo and, if you ask, a pre-production sample for your approval before making the order. Its cost and lead time are given in the quote.
Which logo techniques do you offer?
Flat or 3D embroidery, woven patch, rubber (PVC) patch, heat transfer and woven label. The number of colours and the logo position are confirmed with the mock-up.
In which format should I send my logo?
As a vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG. Add it when you request a quote and we send you the mock-up to approve.
How is the order shipped?
We produce at origin and ship EXW or FOB; if you prefer, we also manage transport and customs up to your warehouse (see our import services).
